ARH 251: Nineteenth Century Art 3 credits Based upon the collections of nineteenth century art at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, this course studies art first hand, emphasizing a connoisseur’s approach. The curriculum covers a wide variety of media: painting, sculpture and decorative arts with a concentration on Europe and America. The class meets at the MMA.
