HIS 330: S/T: History Of American Ideas I I 3 credits The central figures of this course are pivotal writers and artists whose creation of classic works in modern American thought and culture help define our time. They include Kerouac, Dubois, Didion, Eugene O’Neill, Mailer, Henry Adams, Dylan, Jane Addams, Allen Ginsberg, Kazin, Hurston, W.J. Cash, and Hunter Thompson among others.
