MUH 120: Development Of Western Music 3 credits This course introduces Western classical music and explores the fundamentals of music and examines works by composers from the Middle Ages up to the present day. Students will gain knowledge and appreciation of the contribution of music to aesthetic theory and cultural developments through the study of major musical works.
