BUS 251: Business Law II 3 credits An advanced course in business law covering the application of the legal process and the law of contracts to the specific contracts of bailments, agency, guaranty and suretyship, insurance, and partnerships and corporations. Detailed consideration is given to wills, states of decedents, and bankruptcy.
