POL 332: American System Of Criminal Justice 3 credits This course examines the institutions, principles, and procedures of the American system of criminal justice at the federal and state/local levels. It focuses on the role and powers of the police and prosecutors, as well as constitutional protections afforded suspects through both the constitution and Supreme Court rulings.
