SOC 277: Law And Social Inequality 3 credits How do we explain continuing inequality in the US? What has been and is the role of law in creating, maintaining, and reducing inequality? This course examines different forms of inequality, including race, gender, class, sexual orientation, and disability and the use of law for civil rights and social change.
