Study Abroad at Adelphi University in New York is open to exchange or visiting students from Adelphi Partner Universities. Adelphi University has current contractual agreements to this effect with selected foreign institutions, and intends to expand such collaborations. An equal number of students from Adelphi and the partner school can study in each other’s institution, continuing paying their home tuition and fees. Exchange students are responsible to pay for their airfare, room and board, and for personal expenses. Exchange students must go back to their home institution for graduation.
When the exchange exceeds parity after a three-year balance, students may study at the partners’ school paying an agreed upon tuition. The possibility for qualifying foreign students from non-partner institutions to apply for studying abroad at Adelphi as paying international students is not currently open; however, this may change in the future.
