Admission Requirements and Procedures |
All applicants must take the Graduate Record Examination (GRE). Students may be admitted on a provisional basis if they have not received the required undergraduate training in communication disorders. HOWEVER, STUDENTS CHANGING CAREERS OR MAJORS MUST PRESENT GRADES FOR 3-4 PREREQUISITES AT THE TIME OF THEIR APPLICATION. IN TOTAL, They will be required to complete a minimum of 18 credits and must receive grades of B- or better in these undergraduate prerequisite courses.
ONCE ACCEPTED, Students may take prerequisite courses at other institutions with prior approval from their adviser. Upon completion of these courses, students must complete a form for official matriculation into the master's program.

Transfer of Credits
A maximum of six credits for courses, with a grade of B- or better, taken prior to admission to the program may be transferred for graduate credit with departmental approval.
