At Adelphi University, we understand that every student is an individual, and every student takes a different path to reach his or her goals.

The General Studies Program is your opportunity to experience everything Adelphi has to offer. This unique program combines freshman year liberal arts courses with individual tutoring and counseling that sets you on the path to success. At the end of freshman year, students who have successfully completed the program are accepted as matriculating sophomores into Adelphi's other undergraduate programs.
