Ms. Donat has been a counselor at Adelphi since 1993, holds a Master's degree in counseling, and has National Counseling Certification. She is also part of the Adelphi adjunct faculty, teaching Counseling and Psychology courses, Ethics, and Personality Theory.

Ms. Gross holds a Master's in Psychology and has worked as an Academic Counselor in the General Studies Program for twenty years. Her counseling training concentrated on the challenges and prospects facing college students.

Mr. Rizzi is a licensed social worker, and has been with Adelphi University’s General Studies Program since 2003. He holds an M.S.W. from New York University, and is a doctoral candidate and adjunct professor in the Adelphi University School of Social Work.
