General Studies Faculty

In addition to their excellent academic credentials, the faculty are dedicated to the principles of the General Studies Program and to ensuring that students meet their academic goals. They work closely with students in the classroom setting and through individual tutoring.

Dr. Daniel Rosenberg, director of the General Studies Program, teaches Western Civilization. He earned his Ph.D. in American History, and has published widely in his field.


Dr. Graham Everett

Dr. Graham Everett holds classes in Critical Reading and Writing, Expository Writing, and the World of Ideas. An accomplished poet, actor, and artist, his doctorate is in the field of literature.

Professor Williams, an alumnus of the General Studies Program and Adelphi's STEP Program, has been a member of the faculty for five years. Among her courses are the World of Ideas, Critical Reading and Writing, and Expository Writing.

Professor Wiltshire, an Adelphi alumnus, teaches Psychology and works within the New York State mental health system. An accomplished dancer, she is beginning her second year on the General Studies faculty.
