Q: When are Adelphi University's Intersession courses offered?
A: Adelphi University offers one Intersession. In general, Intersession classes begin on January 2 and end on January 22. However, the various creative, enriching approaches imply great variability in meeting times. Please consult Course Search for additional scheduling information.

Q: Who can attend Intersession classes?
A: Intersession courses are open to currently enrolled Adelphi students, matriculated undergraduates from other colleges and universities, and high school graduates. Registration in graduate courses is open, in general, to students possessing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, although certain exclusions apply.

Q: How many classes can I take during Intersession?
A: Only one course may be taken during the Intersession.

Q: How do I register for classes?
A: You can only register for classes online. The Course Listing, Advising, and Student Service system (C.L.A.S.S.) will allow you to select your courses, notify your adviser, and submit your registration (with adviser's approval) at your appointed time.
