Adelphi University Policies

The University has established a Code of Ethics to ensure that the University is a model of exemplary ethical behavior as it achieves its academic mission. Students, faculty, trustees, staff, and administrators are committed to the standards of conduct embodied in the University’s core values, including the pursuit of knowledge, personal integrity, mutual respect, and justice.

Students are expected to know and abide by University policies that set forth rules and regulations governing Academic Honesty, the Code of Conduct for Students, Illicit Drugs and Alcohol, Hazing, Non-Smoking, and Discrimination and Harassment. In accordance with the Compliance Statement, students acknowledge that they must comply with written or verbal directives by members of the University community acting within their responsibilities.
