Adelphi University Summer Sessions give you the opportunity to get a head start on the academic year, earn additional credits, or explore new fields. Open to students currently enrolled at Adelphi, students from other colleges and universities, high school seniors, as well as adults seeking a degree, the Summer Sessions let you experience everything Adelphi has to offer.
Adelphi has two 5-week Summer Sessions:
Summer Session I: May 29–July 2, 2012*
Summer Session II: July 9 –August 12, 2012*

Summer Session courses are open to currently enrolled Adelphi students, matriculated undergraduates from other colleges and universities, and high school graduates. Registration in graduate courses is open, in general, to students possessing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, although certain exclusions apply.
The Summer Arts Experience is open to students of various skill levels, from high school students to graduate students.
The registration limit is 6 credits per Summer Session. Students can complete a total of 12 credits if participating in both Summer Sessions I and II.
*Please note: Selected Summer Sessions classes and workshops may run on variable schedules. Search all courses in our online Course Search database. Also, a number of Summer Arts Experience workshops are scheduled throughout the two sessions.

You can also take classes as part of Adelphi's Adult Academic Programs in University College which provides an opportunity for busy adults to earn their associate's or bachelor's degree. University College offers several sections of online and blended course options over the summer semester.
