Jose moved to the U.S. 10 years ago and started working as a stock person at a clothing store.  Jose is bilingual and had always wanted to be a Spanish teacher.  He enrolled in University College's Literature degree program and was accepted for 36 credits in prior learning (including 18 received for Spanish Fluency).  He completed his bachelor's degree in two and half years and made the Dean's List twice. He completed his Master's in Education last semester and has just started his new job as a high school teacher.
